USA, Elsold produces lead-bearing and lead-free solder pastes for the SMT assembly. No-clean pastes with extremely good wetting behaviour, excellent slump properties and outstanding tackiness for all commercially available surfaces. Solder powders from type 1 to type 6 are being offered, as well as solder pastes for vapour phase soldering.</p> <p>Lead-free and lead-bearing flux-cored solder wires with a great selection fluxes with or without halides of various categories. Diameters from 0.3 mm up are possible. Single-core and multi-core versions are available on all commercially available spool sizes.</p> <p>Solid solder wires are used on selective soldering equipment. Solid solder wires cover the whole alloy range, lead-bearing and lead-free. Diameters range from 0.25 mm up and the wire is supplied on all standard spool sizes.</p> <p>Lead-bearing and lead-free solder alloys are being supplied in the form of triangular bars, ingots with suspension eyelets, threads and thin rods, for wave soldering, dip soldering, or drag soldering. Phosphorized versions to reduce dross formation are available. Clippings for initial filling of solder pots, as well as special alloys, e.g. high-temperature solders, low-melting solders, solders for static melts are available.</p> <p>Rosin based fluxes, rosin-free fluxes with or without halide-based activators, water-based or solvent-based fluxes. VOC-free, environment-friendly fluxes with low solid content for lowest possible contamination of the equipment and residue-free soldering.</p> <p>Deoxidation tablets are added to the solder used to reduce dross formation in solder baths, both in standard lead-bearing as well as in lead-free processes. The tablets contain approximately 1% phosphorous which has the positive property of slowing down the dross formation.
